2. Course Access

• Access is granted to the enrolled student only. Sharing login credentials or recordings is strictly prohibited.
• Online batch recordings are available for the duration of the course + 3 months post-completion.

3. Payments

• Full or partial payment must be completed before batch start date.
• Fees once paid are subject to our Refund Policy below.

4. Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior in all live sessions and WhatsApp groups.
• Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

• We do not guarantee any profits or returns from trading.

6. Intellectual Property

• All course material, videos, PDFs and content are the property of StockEdge Academy. Reproduction or resale is prohibited.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Jalgaon.
